The database is accessible only to the teaching staff and students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia on the premises of the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia and the Library at Raina bulvāris on stationary computers.

The database outside the premises of the University of Latvia is available only to the teaching staff and students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia, logging in with the LUIS username and password.

In cooperation with the Riga Graduate School of Law, access is provided to the archives and current volumes of all 29 Kluwer Law journals.
