JSTOR is a journal, book and primary source database that consists of multiple collections. JSTOR offers journals from the leading publishers: Sage Publications, Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis, Blackwell Publishing, Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press, John Wiley & Sons, and more. The chronological coverage of journals goes back to the beginnings of their publishing.

Fifteen JSTOR full-text e-journal collections are available at the University of Latvia: Arts & Sciences I–XII, XIV–XV and Life Sciences.

Arts & Sciences I–XII, XIV–XV offers information resources in humanities, social sciences and exact sciences, covering the following fields: anthropology, economics, political science, history, languages and literature, arts, education, etc.

Life Sciences offers information resources in such fields as biology, biodiversity conservation, botany, paleontology, zoology, and ecology.
